The Christopher Kolade Centre for Research in Leadership and Ethics (CKCRLE) at Lagos Business School hosted the Humanistic Management Network Nigeria Chapter business meeting on November 27, 2019. The theme of the meeting was Human Dignity and the Future of Work.

The event was attended by 40 participants from a wide variety of industries representing both HMN members and non-members. The aim of the Business Meeting was to have a discussion on how human dignity can be affected by the future of work. The meeting which started with a presentation by Mr Charles Aigbona, was followed with a panel session, where the panellist engaged the participants in discussions on the theme of the meeting. The meeting ended with a presentation by the HMN working groups and new members were signed up into the different working groups which are: Corporate Action, Research, Policy and Media working groups. The participants found the event very beneficial and were thrilled by the presentations of the speakers and the panel discussion. They were grateful to HMN Nigeria for the initiative to inculcate the need for ethical and sustainable practices in businesses and workplaces.
