About the Humanistic Management Network Mexico Chapter

The work of the Mexico Chapter is focused on raising awareness about the need to improve the quality of life of people who work in public or private companies, in two aspects: the first is to improve the material conditions of workers of the lowest level of the organization and the second, promote the development of intangible benefits that stimulate respect, freedom and trust towards all the people involved externally and internally in the companies. We consider it vitally important to promote well-being and protect the dignity of people.

For this purpose, Mexico Chapter engages in 4 lines of action:

  • Disseminate the precepts of Humanistic Management among the stakeholders in the companies through publications, conferences and events, in conjunction with public and private universities, committed companies and non-profit organizations.
  • Promote humanistic ethics as a guiding principle for business decisions.
  • Develop teaching processes for staff and company leaders.
  • Promote the transition from the traditional business culture to a company culture centered on humanistic principles.

At the Mexico Chapter we believe that people have the right to fully develop their potential, and for which it is essential the improvement of material and non-material conditions and thus, achieve the best levels of well-being and dignity.
