2019 Humanistic Management Conference – Book of Paper & Poster Abstracts
This publication is a compilation of the research papers and posters presented at the 2019 Seventh Annual Humanistic Management Conference on October 11. 2019 in Krakow, Poland on the theme of Solidarity and the Common Good. The conference was co-organized and sponsored in collaboration with the Institute of Culture of Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Cracow University of Economics, Silesian University of Technology and the Weltethos Institute.
The submissions are grouped into the posters as well as four thematic tracks. The tacks are:

- Track Two: Inequality – Managing the Convergence
- Track Three: Actors – Politics, Business & Management
- Track Four: Context – Culture and Media Management
