Join us on June 15th 2021, 3pm – 5pm WAT for our first Pan-African Humanistic Management event organized by our Nigeria, South Africa and Zimbabwe Chapters.

Living wage denotes the amount needed to live an adequate standard of life and should be the right of every employee. A living wage ensures salaried employees can meet their needs and uphold their dignity.

At this Pan African Event of the Humanistic Management Network, we will explore what the challenges to attaining set minimum wages in African countries are and what they portend for the goal of a living wage? How has corruption contributed to the inability to maintain living wages, and how can ethics help to mitigate corruption? Are there existing policies that support living wages in Africa? Is there any hope of attaining living wages in Africa?

REGISTRATION AND EVENT BROCHURE ALSO AVAILABLE UNDER THE BUTTONS BELOW.
