With the impact of the Covid-19 Coronavirus on businesses all over the world, organizations must rethink their management strategies and approaches. This webinar discussed the nexus between Humanistic Management and organizational resilience.

During the webinar which was hosted by Ogechi Obiorah and moderated by Omawumi Ogunyemi of our Nigeria Chapter, Ernst von Kimakowitz first gave a presentation before starting a Q&A session. The aim was to highlight some of the strong connections between resilience and Humanistic Management along three main dimensions which are:

• Humanistic Management builds resilience as it strengthens relationships and creates trust
• Humanistic Management builds resilience as it strenghtens the capacity for delivering meaningful innovation
• Humanistic Management builds resilience as it strengthens the reflective capacity of business leaders
